DUCSHOP POLICIES Guaranteed Ducshop stands behind its products, new or used. If the product you purchase from us is faulty or broken we will exchange it or refund your money if the product is not available. Returns / Exchanges All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging materials and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. All shipped items can be returned by mail. Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped. Cancellations All UPS / USPS shipped orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery.
