Ducshop not only encourages women to ride, they wonder why more don't. Wendy Hogg (Ducshop's office do-it-all and Mark's better half) was the driving force behind the Ducati Women's Race School run at DRA in Las Vegas, 2001. She worked with Aprilia USA to establish Femmoto and even ran her own all women's race team in Australia, which finished third in its class in the countries top 6-hour endurance race.
Wendy conceived and established Women & Wheels in Australia. The all-women track day was run three times with full industry backing. It attracted several thousand women to look at, test and even buy motorcycles. The motorcycle industry supplied an unprecedented 80+ new machines for the test ride program at each event. Over 1500 women where taught to ride during the events.

Through Ducshop, Wendy plans to increase the number of female riders and Ducati owners.
