DUCSHOP CHARITY DINNER
Ducshop is overjoyed with the success of their charity dinner and auction held at Road Atlanta, Saturday August 6 to raise money for a surgical eye camp in Tibet . Not only did we raise the full $5,000 required to sponsor the eye camp but a further $1,449 was raised for the Wegman Benefit Fund to help injured Formula Extreme rider Vincent Haskovec. 
Ducshop would like to thank all the volunteers who helped make the night such a success and especially to Hall Fleming and Sheri Russell who were brilliant MCs for the evening and of course Scott Russell who donated his time for the two-up ride. We would also like to thank Mark and Lois from SportbikeTrackTime who were the perfect hosts of the event but most of all to the Charles and Catherine Rice Foundation who sponsored the charity dinner.
Thanks also goes to the Austin Ducati Team, Ali and Katie from the Gauloises Yamaha Team, Cycle Cynch and especially to Tim Robinson who not only donated some of the auction items, but bought several of them only to donate back to be auctioned by the Wegman Fund for Vincent.
And lastly we would like to congratulate Jenny Devaughn for winning the two-up ride with Scott on Sunday. Lucky for her the rain stopped just long enough for her to receive four flying laps, on a dry track, behind the former World Champion.
