The HEAVY design adds mass for the listed BMW S1000RR\/HP4, S1000R and R nineT applications. These weights are listed at 9oz per side compared with a 7oz original weight; a typical 3oz CRG mirror brings the combined side weight to about 12oz. The heavier end profile does not use the usual replaceable sliding button. For 2020-on S1000RR models, use the specified M8 Universal kit instead. Black powder-coated and stainless options are offered. The pair includes stainless M12 fasteners, instructions and two stickers. The mirror-clamp groove suits CRG or similar bar-end mirrors. Gen 1 mounts require a compatible open clamp. Where offered, Gen 2 uses a separable body so a closed-style clamp, including compatible Rizoma or Motogadget designs, can slide on from the rear; it also accepts open clamps.
