These HEAVY mounts are intended for the listed BMW S1000XR and R1200\/R1250 applications, including R1200R from 2013 and S1000R from 2022. They are listed as compatible with the BMW handguards. Each side weighs about 9oz versus a 3.5oz original; adding a typical 3oz mirror gives approximately 12oz per side. The weighted end profile does not use the regular replaceable sliding button. Available in black powder-coated or stainless finishes, the pair includes stainless fasteners, instructions and two stickers. The mirror-clamp groove suits CRG or similar bar-end mirrors. Gen 1 mounts require a compatible open clamp. Where offered, Gen 2 uses a separable body so a closed-style clamp, including compatible Rizoma or Motogadget designs, can slide on from the rear; it also accepts open clamps.
