1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of ducshop.com and purchases from Ducshop through this website. In these terms, “Ducshop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operating ducshop.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies identified below. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Using our store
Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent orders, provide payment information you are not authorized to use, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation or security of the website. Information you provide for an order, including your contact, billing, and delivery details, must be accurate and current. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order.

3. Product information and fitment
Review the product description, options, part number, and stated motorcycle fitment before ordering. If you are unsure whether a part is suitable for your motorcycle or intended use, contact Ducshop before purchasing or installing it. Product images and descriptions help identify the item; display settings can affect how colors appear. Follow the manufacturer's installation and use instructions. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to that manufacturer's terms; these terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

4. Prices, availability, and errors
Product offers, prices, and availability may change. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. We work to keep product information accurate, but pricing, availability, or description errors may occur. We may correct errors and withdraw an incorrect offer. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding on changed terms. If you do not accept a corrected price, you may cancel the affected item and receive a refund of the amount paid for that item and any applicable unfulfilled shipping charges.

5. Orders and payment
Review your order before submitting payment. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not by itself confirm that an item has shipped. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund payment for any item we cancel. For special-order or custom items, review the product details and our return policy before ordering.

6. Shipping and international orders
Our Shipping, Returns & Refunds page explains our shipping practices. If you require expedited shipping, call us during normal business hours to arrange it. We package sold items during our work week. Any delivery or availability information should be read together with the information supplied for your order.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipping time, we will notify you, provide revised timing, and offer the option to consent to the delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a refund as required by applicable law. Where no shipping time is stated, applicable legal shipping requirements still apply.

For shipments outside the United States, customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes. Ducshop cannot control the charges imposed by the destination country. Shipments to military APO addresses use USPS and may take longer.

7. Returns, refunds, and damaged items
Our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping, Returns & Refunds page explain return authorization, time limits, product condition, restocking fees, shipping charges, and excluded items. Please contact us within 3 calendar days of receipt about damage, missing parts, an incorrect item, or a return request. Do not install or modify an item you intend to return. Keep original packaging and photographs if a shipment arrives damaged.

Our published policy includes restrictions for special-order, custom, clearance, electrical, and helmet purchases. Review that policy before buying. These restrictions remain subject to any rights provided by applicable law. If a statement in these terms differs from the detailed Return and Refund Policy, that policy governs voluntary returns and refunds, subject to applicable law.

8. Website content and third-party services
Website content, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to Ducshop or their respective owners. Do not use content in a way that infringes the owner's rights. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their services and content are governed by their own terms. Shopify and payment providers process transactions through their respective services.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The updated version will show a new revision date. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already placed without your agreement or override applicable law.
