Collection: Motorcycle Steering Head Nuts

Browse motorcycle steering head nuts, caps, ball mounts and installation tools at Ducshop. Compare thread specifications, nut height, bore style, finish and tool engagement, then check exact motorcycle and upper-clamp compatibility.

Choosing steering head nuts and fittings

Match the steering stem and upper clamp

Confirm model, year, thread diameter and pitch, seat shape, overall height and clearance. A similar appearance or matching thread alone does not establish fitment. Aftermarket triple clamps can require a different nut.

Check the type of part

Distinguish a replacement nut from a decorative or dust-proof cover, a ball-mount fitting and a removal tool. Check what is supplied with the selected option. Group photographs may show alternative finishes or separate components.

Check mounting clearance and installation

Ball-mount fittings need clearance around handlebars, cables and the proposed device. Match tools to the nut engagement pattern. Follow the motorcycle and component service instructions for removal, tightening sequence and torque; some covers require upper-clamp removal.

Choose the correct material and finish

Compare the listed material, finish and application specifications. Select the required finish in the product options and confirm compatibility before replacing steering hardware.
