On compatible single-sided-swingarm Ducati and MV Agusta models, these secure the hub flange to the cush drives. Quick-change ring-gear attachment on FC212 carriers uses M8 DA385 hardware instead. The source also identifies Ducati 749/999, Monster 797, Scrambler and 2015+ Aprilia RSV4/Tuono V4 applications where the nuts retain the sprocket at the original cush drives. MV fitment is listed for F4/B4 (>09) and F3/B3 (2018+). Some 2018+ Brutale and Dragster 800 hubs use a different arrangement: these are for a flange with five large exposed nuts, not a smooth flange with only small sprocket nuts. Confirm exact model, thread and supplied kit quantity before ordering.
