Motorcycle airbag equipment requires instructions that match the exact system. Use this guide to identify your system, then contact Ducshop for help locating the manual that matches the model and generation on your product label.
Helite system versions
Mechanical-trigger, electronic and race-suit systems require their own documentation. Turtle 2 and e-Turtle 2 are not the same system; GP Air and e-GP Air also need their corresponding instructions. Check the model, trigger system and current manual before setup or servicing.
Alpinestars Tech-Air model identification
Look for your exact manual title, including the generation or suffix. Tech-Air 3 / Stella Tech-Air 3, Tech-Air 5, Tech-Air 5 Plasma, Tech-Air 7X and Tech-Air Off-Road are separate entries. If a label such as V2 is not clearly covered by the available manual, confirm applicability with the manufacturer before proceeding.
Integrated racing suits
For a Virus Power suit with an integrated Helite system, identify both the suit version and the installed airbag. Use the applicable suit fitting information and the matching race-suit airbag manual together. A standalone vest’s size chart is not automatically a chart for an integrated suit.
Before choosing or using a system
- Read the full manual for fit, garment compatibility and required clearance.
- Confirm the exact replacement component or cartridge specified for that system and size.
- Use the manufacturer’s instructions for activation, charging, inspection and service after deployment.
- Keep the manual with your equipment. Ask for help if the product label and document do not match.
