Confirm your booking, group, schedule and eligibility. Read the organizer's current requirements for protective equipment, motorcycle preparation, sound limits and technical inspection. Ask about any unclear condition before the event; road equipment is not automatically acceptable.
Prepare bike, rider and transport
Plan necessary servicing with a qualified person and leave time to resolve issues. Check the required equipment and bring the relevant documents. Arrange transport, loading equipment, fuel arrangements, water, food and shelter. Keep the bike within the event's stated configuration requirements.
Arrive ready to learn
Allow time for registration, inspection and the required briefing. Understand flags, session procedures and how to ask for coaching. Use the organizer's instructions for on-track and paddock conduct. If tired, unwell or uncertain about the bike, stop and seek assistance.
