Download printable guide & worksheet (PDF)Build the baseline
Record the motorcycle, mileage, date and source of its maintenance schedule. Collect earlier invoices and note gaps without guessing what was completed. Record modifications that affect the applicable parts or service instructions.
Record the work clearly
For each job, enter date, mileage, work performed, parts/materials and who completed it. Keep invoice references and relevant observations. Distinguish a visual check from a service or replacement; do not mark unverified work as complete.
Plan the next action
Copy the next time and mileage requirements from the correct schedule. Track whichever limit applies first when the manufacturer requires both. Note unresolved faults separately and keep supporting documents with the log. Recheck the plan when use or configuration changes.
